February 26, Saturdays 2022.Non-communicable diseases research unit Center for Applied Health Sciences Research Professor Kittipan Rerkasem MD, PhD, Deputy Director, Unit leader led the team to check up the kidney vascular patients and do vascular access for chronic kidney disease (CKD) people at dialysis room MUEANG NGA medical clinic Lumphun. This affair was held as a part of Corporate Communications activities and Social Responsibility of Institute. On the occasion of the 55th Anniversary of the “55-year Be Healthy with RIHES” project. There were 37 chronic kidney patients engaged in the service with support from Managing Director Doctors Nurses and dialysis local staff as facilitating research unit. The purpose of the service is to cure patients along with be prompt on curing the vascular nodes. There were some patients absent with regularly check up for 10 years more as team found out. The causes are lack of money and limitations of transportation.
