Research rationale
This is phase IV sub study of the isoflavones project. From phase I-III sub studies, a fermentation system of isofavone (aglycones) production which can control the factors affecting isoflavone product was developed. The aim of phase IV sub study was to design isoflavone (aglycones) extraction and purification system which will be connected to the fermentation system. So the whole system of isoflavone (aglycones) production via fermentation, extraction and purification will be completed.
