Research rationale:
Food quality and food safety are important issue for all countries since public awareness of food for life. Both have been used as an important criterion which effect on business competition and also quality of life.
For this reason, network for food safety analysis was established. The project aims to monitoring contaminants in food samples taken from trained companies in Northern area. Data will encourage for evaluation of standard improvement as well as assessment of risk for food safety.
