Study design: Training in producing safe food for community
Study objectives:
1. To raise awareness of impact on food chain from pesticide use
2. To increase knowledge, understanding and awareness among all parts in community by assessing the pesticide exposure in human and monitoring pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables
3. To establish concretely sustainable production and distribution sources of safe food
4. To establish the network both inside and outside the community which can support production and consumption of safe food in community and school.
Study subjects: Four hundred subjects from 4 sites (100 subjects from each site)
