Nutrition Research Unit (NRU) established on primary mission to perform research related to nutritional topics including food security and food safety. The goal has set to correct nutritional problems in the Northern area and the whole country, as well as to develop nutritive value information for Thai foods. We also conducted academic services on food analysis for both government and private sector. The service is conducted by scientists who have been trained on food analysis within laboratory’s good quality control.
