On May 16, 2018, the Research Institute for Health Sciences, Chiang Mai University welcomed visitors from Department of Disease Control, Bureau of AIDS, TB and STIs and HIV international scholars, attending an international training on “Management of Antiretroviral Treatment (ART) and Long-Term Adherence of ART” at PIMAN Clinic. Asst. Prof. Kriengkrai Srithanaviboonchai, MD., head of the Center for AIDS and STDs and Kwanhathai Kaewpoowat, MD., physician of the center provided knowledge on conducting AIDS researches on “Treatment as Prevention: Pre Exposure Prophylaxis”, enhancing knowledge and skills for ARV treatment management and proper ARV adherence.
