Researchers from USA and Chulalongkorn University joined the meeting of the study entitled “Impact of prenatal insecticide exposure on neurodevelopmental trajectories in a Thai birth cohort: building exposure science and neurodevelopmental research capacity in Thailand” or Sawasdee Project in which Dr. Tippawan Prapamontol, PhD. is the Principal Investigator. The project is entering its 3rd year. According to the study meeting held during 6 – 10 January 2019, the research team has summarized lessons learned and visited related executives.

During 6-7 January 2019, the Thai study team from RIHES and Chulalongkorn had an annual meeting with Dr. Dana Boyd Barr, Dr. Parinya Panuwet, Ms. Brittney Buamert from Emory University Rollins School of Public Health, Atlanta, USA, and Dr. Nancy Fiedler and Melissa Smarr from Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences Institute, Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA at the 2nd floor conference room, RIHES Building 3.
