On Friday 29 th January 2021, an agreement signing event on laboratory service coordination between
Research Institute for Health Sciences (RIHES) and Science and Technology Park (Step) was held at NSP
Exhibition Hall, Administration Building with Prof. Khuanchai Supparatpinyo, M.D., RIHES Director; Dr.
Kongsak Boonyapranai, Head of Center for Non-Infectious Disease and Environmental Sciences
Research and Assist. Prof. Dr. Tanyanuparp Anantana, STeP Director and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pitiwat
Wattanachai, STeP Deputy Director joining the signing ceremony.
Upon this agreement, both parties have agreed to coordinate in responding to the demand on
product testing for private and industrial sectors in order to add product value and extend the
research result commercially. The Research Institute for Health Sciences is one of laboratory service
providers with operational mission with coordination potentials.
