Prof. Chaisiri Angkurawaranon, M.D. Ph.D., Head of the Global Health Research Center and Assistant Dean for Research of Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University, welcomed Prof. Shakoor Hajat, Professor of Global Environmental Health at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) and Director of the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) UK; Asst. Prof. Ramita Thawonmas, Assistant Professor of School of Tropical Medicine and Global Health, Nagasaki University, Japan; and Dr. Kai Wan, Research Fellow at Department of Public Health, Environments and Society, Faculty of Public Health and Policy, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, UK.
The visit is part of an academic collaboration aiming at exchanging knowledge on fostering collaboration in education and research on “Climate Change and Health”
