Mr. Inderpal Singh from the Mitchell Group, Inc., a contractor for the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) visited RIHES from 9-12 July 2013 to meet with RIHES executives and senior financial management staff to review the financial systems used to manage the projects that receive funding from NIH and to give us a better understanding of the NIH funding policies.
