Dr. Warangkana Narksen, PhD., a researcher of the Environment and Health Research Unit, Center for Applied Health Sciences Research, the Research institute for Health Sciences, received the Young Researcher Travel Award at the Conference of International Society for Environmental Epidemiology and International Society of Exposure Science – Asia Chapter 2016. (ISEE-ISES AC2016) that was held at Hokkaido University Center for Environmental and Health Sciences, Sapporo, Japan during 26 -29 June 2016. At this conference, Dr.Tippawan Prapamontol, PhD. and Dr. Tanyaporn Kerdnoi, PhD., the researchers of the Environment and Health Research Unit also gave a poster presentation about 1) Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons’ exposure among COPD patients from an intensive biomass burning area of Chiang Mai, Thailand, 2) An Evidence of High Exposure to Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons among Rural School Children During Smog Episode in Northern Thailand, and 3) Building Community Capacity for Sustainable Resource of Pesticide and Food Safety.
