On 19 September 2016, Mr. Paul Richardson, a researcher of “A Phase 2b/3 Double Blind Safety and Efficacy Study of Injectable Cabotegravir Compared to Daily Oral Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate/Emtricitabine (TDF/FTC), for Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis in HIV-Uninfected Cisgender Men and Transgender Women who have Sex with Men” (HPTN 083) visited RIHES and had a meeting to prepare for clinical laboratory operation with staff of RIHES Clinical Laboratory Unit , Specimen Processing Unit and PIMAN clinic at the Donald Jeffrey Gibson room, RIHES Building 1.
