IMPAACT team, RIHES congratulates Dr. Tavitiya Sutjaritrak, M.D., lecturer at Department of Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University and co-investigators in IMPAACT network on receiving 2017 international awards from a long collaboration between RIHES and Faculty of Medicine. Awards received are as follows.

  1. International Investigator Awards from the study entitled “Effects of calcium and vitamin D supplementation on bone health in HIV-infected youth” received at the 24th Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections (CROI) 2017, held during 13-16 February 2017 in Seattle, Washington, USA as 1 in 27 others awarded worldwide

International Investigator Scholarship from the study entitled “Impacts of vitamin D and calcium supplementation on bone mineral density among perinatally HIV-infected adolescents: A 48-week randomized clinical trial” received at the 9th International AIDS Society (IAS) Conference on HIV Sciences, held during 23-26 July 2017 in Paris, France
